We specialise in precision CNC machining of universal prototypes such as pistons, rods, shafts plus much more. With the assistance of CAM/CAD software and our in-house machinery, we have the capacity to grind materials up to 1900mm in length and 609mm in diameter (swing on certain component parts) with extremely high tolerances.

We provide precision CNC grinding services for cold forming tools including non-standard punches, precision headed pins, knockout pins, extrusion pins and ejector pins. These tools are available in a wide range of materials, coatings can be applied as per your requirements. Additionally we can manufacture all tools on site based on your drawings. We specialise in special or non-standard parts which can be manufactured as complete units or using free issue materials if preferred. We also offer a regrind service provided your requirements allow for it. All of the aforementioned services are available for one off orders or quantity batches.
